With one of the largest working areas in the industry (430x470x50mm) and the capability to operate up to 5 valves in parallel through 4 types of valve (spool- needle-spray and positive displacement), the Hesse & Knipps 320 can handle all types of material from grease to alcohol, making it extremely adaptable and able to meet most available dispense requirements in a single solution.

Combine the ease of programming with the graphical interface and set-up and change-over become a simple task to perform.

Any path is programmable including rectangle, circle, arc and line combinations, all with a +/-10 micron repeatability. Greater positional accuracy of less than 3microns with the DJ 320 Dispenser can also be used with the option for special dispensing of liquids.

All Hesse & Knipps equipment is CE certified and clean room compliant, with full service back-up, training and documentation.

The Hacker 520 Dispenser has a compact footprint, yet with its work area is able to handle up to 10 Different materials at a time via the interchangeable cartridge handling system.

From glob-top to water with a 15u @ 4 sigma accuracy it uses the VICO® feedback control loop system.

Given the low investment cost and high throughput of 20,000 dph (dots per hour), the dispenser is just as happy in an R&D environment as a large scale manufacturing site.

The machine is extremely flexible and has a fast set-up time, by incorporating the same modular structure as the Hacker 520 Placer.

Using either the teach method or downloading files from a CAD application, there is also the capability for data take over from an in-line pick and Placer if required.
